Sales Executive – Institutional Level

Job Summary
The Sales Executive – Institutional Level will be responsible for managing institutional and government clients, handling tender processes, and executing large-scale B2B deals. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of institutional procurement and relationship management with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities within public sector, educational, and corporate institutions.
- Manage tenders, proposals, and bidding processes.
- Build strong relationships with key institutional clients and procurement teams.
- Prepare and present customized product or service proposals.
- Achieve institutional sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
- Keep abreast of government regulations and procurement policies.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of institutional/government sales processes.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven experience in handling tenders and contracts.
- Analytical mindset and strategic sales planning capability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in institutional or enterprise-level sales.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
