Role & responsibilities :

Requirement

  • Direct Reporting manager of 8-10 BSM and SO (Off Role)
  • Report and follow up to team.
  • Regular Visit of location and doing meeting with teams for good quality of work and create good portfolio.
  • Maintain 100% Collection without any NPA and DPD Clients.
  • Discussion with Credit teams to declined Cases properly and re-look the cases
  • As a Area Business Manager (BSM) specializing in Loan Against Property (LAP) and Micro LAP products.
  • Monitoring portfolio of branch LAP product (Secured Loan)
  • Sourcing Business through Team Management
  • Candidate should be majorly in LAP
  • Candidate who are managing both HL/LAP will work but they should be keen to manage pure LAP.
  • Should have Minimum 5+ Year of experience in
  • Education - Graduation
  • Should be Stable
