
Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth and manage business operations in the assigned territory. The ASM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and leading a team of sales executives to expand Krrafto Industries' presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
-Identify and generate new business opportunities with builders, contractors, architects, and retail clients.
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
-Lead, motivate, and guide sales executives to meet individual and team objectives.
-Conduct product presentations and negotiate pricing, contracts, and deals.
-Coordinate with installation, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
-Track competitor activities, analyze market trends, and share insights for business improvement.
-Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Required Skills & Competencies
-Proven experience in sales/business development (preferably in building materials, UPVC, aluminum, or related industries).
-Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
-Ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
-Team leadership and people management skills.
-Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
-Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
-Target-driven mindset with adaptability in a competitive market.
Qualifications
-Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
-3 to 5 years of experience in sales; experience in building materials/construction preferred.
-Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
