**Report to: Director / National Sales manager/Zonal Manager.**
**Team size: About Company: UBON, today, is a leading brand in the CONSUMER ELECTRONICS (Mobile Accessories and Speakers) category with a PAN India presence. They have over 200 distributors in about 3000 cities. It connects over 10 million people with a very strong presence offline as well as online business platforms.**
**Responsibilities**:Achieve sales target as assigned from corporate office for different regions there by **increasing sales revenue**:Implementing an effective brand strategy and plan for sales - budget and forecasting.Use market intelligence to research the country or region and develop strategies accordingly**.** Liaise with corporate office and prepare quarterly/annual sales & brand reports. Monitor performance at all levels and schedule training as required.
Build professional relationships with dealer, customer and staff and encourage retailer
collaboration at all time
**Area Sales Excutives Requirements:
- **
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field + 4 years of experience in similar capacity in FMCG/Mobile accessories/Speakers and company of repute. Overall experience 10+ years
Willing for extensive travelling as required with good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn.
Good people-management skills. Sensitivity to different cultural norms.Ability to commute Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education: Bachelor's (preferred)

Pay: ₹19,089.62 - ₹35,827.69 per month
