As a **Solar Sales Executive**, you will play a key role in **helping homeowners, businesses, and industries switch to solar energy** by conducting **on-site assessments, educating customers, and closing sales**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **site visits** to assess the feasibility of solar power plant installation for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Generate leads, present **customized solar solutions**, and convert prospects into **solar adopters**.
- Educate clients on **solar energy benefits, government subsidies, financing options, and long-term savings**.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong **customer relationships** through proactive follow-ups.
- Achieve **monthly and quarterly sales targets** through strategic customer engagement.
- Provide **post-sales support**, ensuring seamless installation and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in **direct sales, B2B sales, banking, insurance, or financial services**.
- Strong **persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills** with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent **communication skills** in **Hindi and English** (local languages will be an advantage).
- Basic proficiency in **CRM tools and digital sales techniques** is preferred.
- **Own a two-wheeler** for local travel in **Dhanbad, Deoghar, Dumka, Bokaro, and nearby districts**.
