Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client goals, brand tone, and marketing objectives to brief internal teams.
  • Coordinate with design, content, strategy, and performance marketing teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage project timelines, feedback loops, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare weekly status reports and campaign performance updates for clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships to drive client retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Support account managers in planning, pitches, and campaign reviews.
  • Handle invoicing, follow-ups, and ensure timely approvals.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of client servicing experience in a digital, creative, or ad agency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (social media, SEO, ads, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a sense of ownership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
