Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Customer Care Executive position. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing client concerns, maintaining client relationships, and resolving issues effectively. The role also involves delivering professional service, facilitating smooth communication with clients, and supporting sales efforts by addressing customer inquiries to enhance their overall experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and relationship-building skills to assist clients effectively
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work in a team environment
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional language skills are an advantage
- Prior experience in customer care or a similar field is preferred
