Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Telesales Executive to join our Pune team. This full-time role involves selling our high-quality earthing products to contractors and builders across the country. The ideal candidate will have up to 6 years of experience and excel in communication, negotiation, and sales skills. You will be a crucial part of our sales team, using telemarketing strategies to expand our market reach and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Cold Calling Techniques (Mandatory skill) – Proficiency in making effective sales calls to solicit prospective customers and enhance sales volume.
  • Sales Negotiation Skills (Mandatory skill) – Ability to successfully negotiate sales terms with customers to maximize profit margins while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Telemarketing Sales Scripts (Mandatory skill) – Expertise in using pre-scripted telemarketing dialogues to engage customers and close sales effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM Software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) – Experience in using CRM platforms to manage customer relationships and sales processes efficiently.
  • Salesforce Automation Tools – Competency in utilizing salesforce automation tools for enhancing productivity and tracking sales activities.
  • Lead Generation Strategies – Skilled in developing and implementing strategies to identify and attract potential sales leads.
  • Customer Objection Handling – Proficient in addressing and overcoming customer objections to facilitate successful sales closures.
  • Communication Techniques – Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey product benefits and build strong customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to U-Protec Earthing's product offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive repeat sales.
  • Utilize the company's CRM system to track sales activity and customer interactions efficiently.
  • Deliver sales presentations tailored to customer needs and interests using telemarketing sales scripts.
  • Negotiate contracts and sales terms while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for new business development and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or objections by providing appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies for overcoming challenges and achieving sales objectives.
