About the Organization
A leading iplayer of specialty chemicals and essential oils, serving flavour & fragrance, cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, and FMCG industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new market opportunities.
- Develop and execute annual business plans.
- Expand business in existing & new segments.
- Improve productivity (turnover, revenue vs. cost, timely collections).
- Review team performance & sales pipeline to exceed targets.
- Ensure quality, timely delivery, and quick resolution of customer issues.
- Address and resolve ongoing business challenges.
- Strengthen brand positioning with high-quality products & services.
- Conduct market research, competition analysis & identify new opportunities.
- Build a solution-focused sales culture.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the team for enhanced results.
Required Candidate Profile:
- MBA qualified
- 15-18 Years in Direct / Industrial Sales & Marketing (B2B / B2I) within the Chemical / Fragrance industry.
- Excellent communication & mass communication skills
- Strong presentation abilities for CXO-level / government interactions.
- Expertise in PowerPoint.
- Experience using BI Tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI).
