Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new market opportunities.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans.
  • Expand business in existing & new segments.
  • Improve productivity (turnover, revenue vs. cost, timely collections).
  • Review team performance & sales pipeline to exceed targets.
  • Ensure quality, timely delivery, and quick resolution of customer issues.
  • Address and resolve ongoing business challenges.
  • Strengthen brand positioning with high-quality products & services.
  • Conduct market research, competition analysis & identify new opportunities.
  • Build a solution-focused sales culture.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the team for enhanced results.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • MBA qualified
  • 15-18 Years in Direct / Industrial Sales & Marketing (B2B / B2I) within the Chemical / Fragrance industry.
  • Excellent communication & mass communication skills
  • Strong presentation abilities for CXO-level / government interactions.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint.
  • Experience using BI Tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI).
