Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Head of Sales and Reservations (Inbound) role located in Delhi. The primary responsibilities include managing the daily sales operations, overseeing account management, driving inbound sales, leading and managing the sales team, and developing sales strategies. The role involves close coordination with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Sales Acumen
  • Experience in Account Management and Sales Management
  • Proven Team Management and Leadership Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
