PVR INOX, India's leading cinema experience brand, is looking for a motivated and dynamic
Guest Relations Executive (GRE)
to join our team at our
Sector 84, Gurugram
location.

The GRE is the
face of our cinema
, responsible for creating an exceptional, seamless, and memorable experience for every guest, from the moment they walk through the door until they leave.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Welcome & Guidance:
Warmly greet and welcome all guests, efficiently guiding them to auditoriums, lounges, and designated areas.

Query & Complaint Handling:
Professionally and empathetically manage guest queries, feedback, and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Booking Management:
Assist in the efficient management of walk-in, tele-reservations, and bulk bookings.

VIP Service:
Escort
VIP guests
and corporate clients, ensuring premium-level, discreet service.

Operational Support:
Support the Duty Manager in smooth daily cinema operations, including coordinating with the Box Office and F&B teams.

Communication:
Manage the cinema site communication cell, ensuring all calls and messages are handled promptly and courteously.

Standards Upholding:
Maintain impeccable hygiene, grooming, and service standards as per PVR INOX company policy.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred.

Experience:
2–4 years of experience in hospitality, airline, or cinema operations is advantageous.
Exceptional communicators
and motivated Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
(English and Hindi).

Personality:
Pleasant, confident, and professional demeanor.

Competency:
Strong
customer-handling skills
