We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting and Audit Associate with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in financial auditing, compliance, and reporting, along with practical expertise in QuickBooks Desktop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial audits, including planning, execution, and reporting, in accordance with applicable auditing standards.
  • Prepare and review financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory guidelines.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop audit strategies to evaluate financial and operational processes.
  • Use QuickBooks Desktop to maintain financial records, reconcile accounts, and generate reports.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Stay informed on current accounting standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2–3 years of experience in accounting and auditing (preferably with a Big 4 or similar firm).
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop — mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
  • Solid understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and relevant accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are an advantage.

  • Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • QuickBooks Desktop proficiency
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

Note: Male candidates are preferred for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
