Role Overview

They want a SAP Consultant (remote, immediate joiner, UAN mandatory) with 5+ years' experience. The role is heavily focused on SAP Datasphere + Data Integration + SAC with strong SAP ecosystem knowledge.

Must-Have Skills

  • SAP Ecosystem Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of SAP data (BW, HANA, S/4HANA).
  • Familiarity with views (CDS, Analytical, Calculation, Composite) – ways to model data.
  • Understand business processes + metadata.
  • Data Integration
  • Able to bring data from SAP Data Catalogue / Datasphere / Enterprise data layers into SAC.
  • API & Connectivity
  • Work with OData & REST APIs.
  • Debug/troubleshoot responses & optimize performance.
  • SAP Datasphere Expertise
  • Strong grasp of its architecture, lineage (tracking where data comes from), traceability, governance.
  • Collaboration
  • Coordinate with business, architects, and tech teams on integration.
  • Documentation
  • Create proper SAC setup documents, reusable patterns, and naming standards.

Good to Have

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • Build models, connect data (live/import), design dashboards/stories.
  • Cross-Platform BI Tools
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, BusinessObjects.
  • Data Knowledge
  • Master data (products, customers) vs. Transactional data (sales, invoices).
  • Industry Knowledge
  • Pharma domain exposure.
  • Basic Scripting
  • SQL/JavaScript/similar.
  • Reporting Models
  • Familiar with foundations of reporting model design.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science/Software/related.
  • SAP Certification preferred.
