Tasks

Due to our continuing growth, we are looking for an SAP FS-CM Architect who will help us to improve and enhance the FS-CM module experience by solving core module challenges and developing innovative new features in insurance (e.g., Property and Casualty, Life, Pensions, and Health Insurance) and reinsurance industry. As an Architect you will analyze, design and implement solution architecture of FS-CM module along with all upstream and downstream S4I modules. You will create and build out strategies with new and ongoing implementation projects, owning the creation of transaction and product road maps, and process flow analysis. By leading activities within the product development teams, helping them to resolve issues and develop an innovative solution that will complement existing FS-CM core features and SAP for Insurance functionalities.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years of FS-CM experience in a role of Developer, Technical Lead or Solution Architect
- Good knowledge of Integration between SAP Core Insurance modules understanding of Interfaces to non-SAP systems
- Experience on multiple FS-CM implementation projects with key focus on integration aspects
- Profound experience with business processes and products in the insurance industry
- Customer-oriented focus and service-based attitude, being used to a self-dependent approach to work
- Practical project experience in business consulting and of leading a team of developers for solution implementation
- An enthusiasm to learn, and willingness to use that curiosity to problem by solve breaking down complex topics into parts and propose creative solutions using software
- The adaptability to succeed in agile, cross-functional teams, with good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- A University degree in Business, Finance, Computer science or relevant areas of studies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. For some roles, fluency in local language of the market is required
