Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration:

  • Lead or support SAP Concur implementations (Expense, Travel, Invoice).
  • Configure Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules to meet business requirements.
  • Set up workflows, policies, approval processes, and audit rules.
  • Configure Expense Pay, Travel Allowances, and Expense Types as per client policies.
  • Assist in Concur integration with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, payroll, finance, and third-party applications.

Business Analysis & Consulting:

  • Gather business requirements and map them to SAP Concur functionalities.
  • Provide process optimization recommendations to improve travel and expense management efficiency.
  • Work closely with finance, HR, and IT teams to ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Advise on best practices for travel and expense policies to maximize automation and compliance.

Integration & Technical Support:

  • Work on Concur Integration with SAP (S/4HANA, ECC), third-party payroll, credit card feeds, and ERP systems.
  • Troubleshoot SAP Concur connectors, APIs, and file-based integrations (e.g., via SAP CPI, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi).
  • Provide post-go-live support and resolve system issues.

Training & Documentation:

  • Conduct user training and workshops for employees and finance teams.
  • Create functional documentation, SOPs, and user guides for SAP Concur usage.
  • Support change management and end-user adoption initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP Concur implementation, configuration, and support.
  • At least 2 end-to-end SAP Concur implementations (Expense, Travel, or Invoice).
  • Experience integrating SAP Concur with SAP ERP (S/4HANA, ECC) or other financial systems.
  • Familiarity with Concur API, Concur Intelligence (reporting), and Concur Audit Services is a plus.

Required Skills

  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP Concur (Expense, Travel, Invoice).
  • Ability to configure expense types, audit rules, approval workflows, and policies.
  • Experience with Concur Administration (Admin Center, User Roles, Policy Setup, Reporting).
  • Basic understanding of SAP Finance (FI-AP), Employee Central, Payroll integrations.
  • Hands-on experience in Concur Integration via Web Services, APIs, Flat Files, SAP BTP.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):

  • SAP Concur Implementation Partner Certification
  • SAP Concur Travel, Expense, or Invoice Certification
  • SAP FI or SAP SuccessFactors integration knowledge
