We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP FICO processes.
  • Configure and customize SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting).
  • Configure CO modules (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, COPA, Product Costing).
  • Collaborate with business users to design and implement process improvements.
  • Integrate FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and HR.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT sessions.
  • Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve production issues.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Work closely with technical teams (ABAP) and other functional consultants.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant (implementation & support).
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes and controlling concepts.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA preferred.
  • Good understanding of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Certification in SAP FICO is a plus.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in SAP Central Finance or Group Reporting.
  • Exposure to migration projects (ECC to S/4HANA).
  • Knowledge of taxation, GST, and localization (India or other regions).
