**Job Overview**:
A SAP RTR (Record to Report) Functional Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Record to Report (RTR) processes, ensuring efficient financial reporting, compliance, and integration with other SAP modules. This role involves close collaboration with finance and IT teams, and requires expertise in SAP FICO modules, particularly related to General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Implementation**:Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP RTR solutions, including customizations and enhancements to meet specific business requirements.
- **Financial Reporting**:Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end and year-end closing activities, and support internal and external audits.
- **Integration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SD, MM, PP) to ensure seamless integration of RTR processes with other SAP modules and external systems.
- **Configuration**:Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules, with a focus on RTR processes, including setting up master data, transaction codes, and workflows.
- **Testing**:Conduct system testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) to validate the functionality and performance of RTR solutions.
- **Troubleshooting**:Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to RTR processes, ensuring system stability and business continuity.
- **Training and Support**:Provide training and support to end-users on new implementations and enhancements, ensuring they can effectively use the system.
- **Documentation**:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and configuration guides.
- **Compliance**:Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements related to financial reporting and data management.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the RTR landscape, leveraging SAP S/4HANA and other emerging technologies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Information Systems).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Extensive experience in SAP FI/CO modules, with a focus on RTR processes.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Fiori apps and the Universal Journal (ACDOCA).
- Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues within the SAP environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
