**Job Overview**: SAP OTC (Order to Cash) functional consultant focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module within the Order to Cash process. This involves analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems. They also play a crucial role in project management, user training, and ongoing support to optimize the OTC process within an organization. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Business Process Analysis and Design**:Understanding and documenting current "as-is" processes, then designing and configuring "to-be" processes within SAP to improve efficiency and meet business needs. - **SAP Configuration and Customization**:Configuring the SAP SD module, including sales order management, pricing, billing, and credit management, to align with specific business requirements. - **System Integration**:Collaborating with other functional and technical teams to integrate the SAP OTC modules with other SAP modules (like FI, MM, EWM) and external systems. - **Project Management**:Leading or participating in SAP OTC implementation projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. - **Testing and Quality Assurance**:Developing and executing test plans, identifying and resolving defects, and ensuring the quality of SAP OTC solutions. - **User Training and Support**:Providing training and support to end-users on SAP OTC functionalities and resolving user issues. - **Documentation**:Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to SAP OTC configurations, processes, and solutions. - **Continuous Improvement**:Staying updated on SAP best practices and recommending and implementing improvements to optimize the OTC process. **Skills and Experience**: - Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD/OTC modules, including sales order management, pricing, billing, and credit management. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC. - Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Project management experience. - Experience with testing and quality assurance. - Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules and external systems. - Experience in implementing and supporting SAP OTC processes. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary Schedule: - Evening shift Work Location: Remote
