Scope :

SAP OSS Platform

Support Protocol : SAP Exp. (Consultants) will address customer queries strictly via chat communication in Ticketing tool.

Response Time Commitments

* Experts are expected to adhere to strict SLA timelines:

◦ IRT (Initial Response Time): 2 hours (Resolve)

◦ ORT (Ongoing Response Time): 36 hours

◦ MPT (Maximum Processing Time): 60 hours

* Tickets auto-close after 21 days if marked "Waiting on Customer Action" and no reply is received.

Security, Access & Ethics

* Experts must maintain the confidentiality and integrity of SAP systems and processes.

* S-User ID access is provided only after onboarding and is required for SAP_Resolve experts.

* Any misuse of credentials or account-sharing results in immediate termination from the program.

Compliance, Documentation & Best Practices

* Provide only SAP-sanctioned documents (KBAs, S-Notes, SAP Help Links) when suggesting system-impacting actions.

* Never refer to or use third-party file/image sharing sites.

* Avoid excessive troubleshooting or vague responses—if uncertain, reroute instead of risking incorrect solutions.

Step-wise Actions for Onboarding

Step 1:

Register using the Test link provided with your full name (Must provide First and Last Name) and phone number.

Step 2:

Take the Skill Test by choosing the relevant skill from the links provided.

Stop here and wait until we assess your scorecard. Do not proceed further.

Note: Only those who pass the Skill Test will receive a confirmation email from us to continue to the next step.

Step 3:

Upon receiving confirmation from our team:

Login again using your existing ID and Password on the same link used for the Skill Test.

Click on "Login with your existing ID" (below the sign-up section).

Proceed with ID Verification by uploading a valid ID.

Complete Face Verification to confirm the ID matches.

Step 4:

Complete your profile:

Upload a professional profile photo.

Add a short self-introduction.

Highlight 5 key skills.

Take the Language Test.

Once all the above steps are completed:

Share a screenshot of the final page with the Submit Application Form.

We will then onboard you taking Orientation of 1hr scheduled call, and you will start receiving tickets for support
