Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team on a remote contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP FI module development, ABAP programming, and SAP Add-On implementations, along with experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and debug complex ABAP code.
  • Work extensively on SAP FI (Finance Module), finance transactions, transaction codes, and company codes.
  • Build SAP Add-Ons using SAINT transactions and manage piece lists.
  • Develop extensions in alignment with SAP Clean Core standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with SAP Basis, Architecture, and Security teams.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to iterative development.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FI transactions, codes, and finance processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Add-On development (SAINT, piece lists).
  • Familiarity with SAP Basis, SAP Security, and SAP Architecture.
  • Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Full stack development experience in Java, C, or C++.
  • Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as PlayWright, Cypress, or Selenium.
  • Exposure to AI coding concepts, Co-Pilot, and Agentic AI tooling.
  • Background in ERP automation, workload automation, financial process automation, or RPA technologies.
