Responsibilities and Duties
  • Developing and maintaining Web APIs and backend services using C# and the .NET platform
  • Working with ASP .NET Web API, background workers and asynchronous processes
  • Using version control systems, e.g. Git
  • Working with industry-standard database technologies (MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Integrating and/or hosting with AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route53 & S3) but experience with Azure or GCP equivalent is acceptable
  • Maintaining build and deployment scripts as part of a CI/CD ecosystem
  • IT compliance and risk management requirements (eg. security, PCI compliance, privacy etc.)
  • Mentoring and advising junior colleagues
