Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive at SFC, you will be instrumental in driving growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our environmental solutions. This role demands a proactive and technically sound professional who understands the value of relationship building and has the business acumen to navigate complex sales cycles. Engineering background and strong communication skills are essential. The key responsibilities of this role include,
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth research to identify prospective clients and market trends
- Analyze competitor activities to position SFCs offerings strategically.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
- Understand client needs and act as a trusted advisor.
Sales Strategy & Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to align on go-to-market strategies
- Contribute to development of region-wise and product-wise sales plans
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Identify and pursue new leads through networking, events, and referrals
- Qualify leads based on business potential and technical compatibility
Proposal & Negotiations
- Prepare compelling proposals and deliver impactful presentations
- Articulate the company's value proposition effectively to varied audiences
- Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure profitable contracts
- Ensure win-win outcomes while maintaining company profitability
Technical Understanding
- Possess deep understanding of engineering solutions related to wastewater and solid waste management
- Translate technical knowledge into value-driven conversations with clients
Reporting & CRM
- Maintain updated records in CRM tools
- Provide periodic sales and pipeline reports to management
