Account Specialist Job Where Every Penny Counts

The Role: What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the backbone of our revenue stream, handling the full billing cycle with precision and professionalism. Your main responsibilities will include:

* Generating and Issuing Invoices: Preparing and sending out accurate and timely invoices to our clients.

* Accounts Receivable Management: Monitoring and following up on outstanding balances and ensuring timely collections.

* Discrepancy Resolution: Investigating and resolving any billing issues or discrepancies by collaborating with clients and internal departments (Sales, Customer Service).

* Payment Processing: Receiving, sorting, and accurately applying incoming payments.

* Record Keeping: Maintaining organized and up-to-date client billing records and accounts receivable databases.

* Reporting: Preparing regular, clear reports on billing activity and outstanding accounts for management review.

* Client Communication: Answering client billing inquiries professionally and promptly.

What You'll Bring to the Table

* Experience: Experience in a dedicated billing, accounting, or accounts receivable role.

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in billing/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Marg ERP ) and strong skills in Microsoft Office , especially Excel.

* Eagle Eye: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to numerical accuracy—seriously, our auditors thank you in advance.

* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to handle client inquiries with grace and firmness.

* Organization: Superior organizational and time-management skills; you know how to hit deadlines.

* Education: A degree or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
