About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base, build strong business relationships, and drive sales growth. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, visiting potential customers, presenting products, and converting leads into revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, pitch suitable product solutions, and convert them into customers.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups to drive closures.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with the company's growth plan.
- Conduct market research to understand competition, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Onboard new clients and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales service.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly visit reports with management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote brand awareness.
Skills & Competencies:
- Fluency in
English, Tamil and Hindi - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and field work
- Time management, territory planning, and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools preferred
Qualification:
Any Graduate Fresher or Experience in Field Sales
