Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive sales at our Bowrampet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and overseeing the end-to-end sales process while guiding a team of sales executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for residential/commercial projects. 
- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance. 
- Handle walk-in clients, conduct project presentations, and site tours. 
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. 
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. 
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation activities. 
- Maintain sales reports, client databases, and follow-up schedules. 
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. 
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years in real estate sales 
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
