: Minimum 3 years in real estate sales
Work Hours:
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off:
Tuesday or Wednesday (as per roster)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive sales at our Bowrampet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and overseeing the end-to-end sales process while guiding a team of sales executives.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for residential/commercial projects.
Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
Handle walk-in clients, conduct project presentations, and site tours.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation activities.
Maintain sales reports, client databases, and follow-up schedules.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years in real estate sales
Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
