Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced and driven Sales Managers to lead residential property sales for our projects in Meerut/Baleni. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure while achieving set revenue targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell residential real estate projects to potential homebuyers and investors.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an updated database of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and market insights to management.
- Keep track of competitor projects, pricing, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Candidate Profile / Qualifications:
- Experience: years in residential real estate sales (experience in Tier-2 cities preferred Meerut experience is a plus).
- Education: Graduate degree
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in residential real estate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a self-motivated, target-oriented approach.
- Strong client-handling and closing abilities.
