Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AVP-Sales, located in Coimbatore. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and overseeing sales operations. The role also involves leading and mentoring the sales team, driving business development efforts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure success in meeting organizational sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations
  • Strong skills in Account Management and developing long-term client relationships
  • Expertise in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Should own 4 wheeler & valid license and willing to travel extensively
  • Experience in the education or ed-tech sector is advantageous
