
Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect for new partnership and business opportunities
- Negotiate and close new partnerships and business relationships
- Strengthen the Ajmera value proposition in the market through partnerships
- Lead the redevelopment of societies to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct physical inspections of potential sites for redevelopment
- Manage the business development process for redevelopment projects
- Ensure proper documentation and review of all processes and procedures
- Work with management to finalize project concepts
- Coordinate with architects and other consultants to design projects
- Provide recommendations for societies to be considered for redevelopment
- Analyze project profitability from a sales perspective
- Develop and manage a broker network
- Maintain a pipeline of potential vendors and customers
- Provide customer service and address complaints and emergency calls
- Coordinate with the Liasoning Department, consultants, and site engineers
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure compliance with regulations and tenants
- Conduct due diligence on potential properties to ensure clear title and proper documentation
- Collect necessary documents from government authorities within set timelines
- Perform financial feasibility studies for projects and submit for approval
- Evaluate proposals received from brokers and slum associations and make customization as needed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in business development or partnership management
- Previous experience in real estate is preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Knowledge of project management and redevelopment processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review and analyze processes
- Familiarity with government regulations and compliance procedures
- Financial acumen and ability to conduct feasibility studies
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
