Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious
Business Development Manager
to spearhead sales for our
Experience Centers, Smart Meeting Rooms, Transparent OLED Displays, and Event Activation Solutions
across the UAE and GCC markets.
This is a consultative sales role — ideal for someone who understands how digital infrastructure, AV technology, and architectural design come together to create compelling brand and customer experiences.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in
design, engineering, and marketing
.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Experience Centers, Smart Meeting Rooms, Transparent Displays, and LED Rentals.
 - Build relationships with
developers, architects, consultants, brand experience agencies, and enterprise clients. - Lead solution presentations, demos, and storytelling-driven pitches to communicate value beyond hardware.
 - Prepare proposals, technical-commercial offers, and coordinate with the design & project team for specifications.
 - Drive revenue and gross margin targets for the Experience Solutions division.
 
2. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain a rolling pipeline of prospects and active accounts using structured CRM updates.
 - Engage with client leadership to understand upcoming projects, budgets, and timelines.
 - Collaborate with internal teams for mockups, visualizations, and content to strengthen proposals.
 
3. Market Intelligence & Partnerships
- Track competitors, pricing trends, and emerging display technologies in the region.
 - Develop relationships with OEMs and AV solution partners (e.g., Samsung, LG, Planar, etc.) for joint pitches.
 - Represent ELV Solutions at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
 
4. Project Collaboration
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure project scope, timelines, and client expectations are aligned.
 - Participate in project handover to operations and ensure AMC / CMS renewals post-installation.

Candidate Profile
Experience:
4–6 years in business development or solution sales within:
- Audio-Visual Integration
 - Digital Signage / LED Solutions
 - Architectural / Experience Design Technologies
 - Real Estate Marketing or Brand Experience Agencies
 
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and storytelling ability (can sell vision, not just specs).
 - Knowledge of AV systems, CMS platforms, and interactive display technologies.
 - Relationship-builder with consultants, architects, and developers.
 - Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-evolving organization.
 
Education:
Graduate in Engineering / Technology / Architecture / Design / Business (preferred but flexible).
Location:
Dubai (UAE)
Compensation:

Occasional GCC and India travel for trade shows, client meetings, and vendor coordination.
