Position Overview
We are looking for a confident, professional, and experienced Female Sales Manager who can manage both office and field operations with grace, strong communication, and proven real estate expertise. The ideal candidate will be the face of Brickhill Landbase in client interactions, team leadership, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales operations for residential and commercial projects in Gurgaon/Chandigarh.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Manage client relationships, handle walk-ins, site visits, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee office administration and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Train, guide, and motivate the sales team for peak performance.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide insights to management.
- Represent the company at client meetings, property expos, and networking events.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales performance and progress.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2-6 years in real estate sales & marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage office staff and field sales team.
- Presentable, confident, and well-groomed with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and handle high-value deals.
- Should be comfortable in both office operations and on-field activities like site visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
