Role Summary:As the HR Business Partner for North, you will be the managing the HR Intervention for the business unit. This includes supporting in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement & attrition control

Key Responsibilities:Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to offer rollout. Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and industry networking.Conduct interviews, coordinate with business heads, and ensure a strong candidate experience. Track open positions and reduce time-to-fill for critical roles.

Collaborate with function heads to understand business needs and provide HR solutions. Support organization structure changes, workforce planning, and role realignments as needed. Support in annual performance review cycles across teams.

Work with managers to reduce attrition and retain top performers. Handle joinings, exits, transfers, and day-to-day HR issues within the three departments. Maintain accurate headcount and attrition dashboards for business reviews.

Key Requirements:Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute

Experience: 5-10 years of HR experience, including hands-on hiring and business partnering
