Human Resource Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Manager Human Resources with strong expertise in HR Business Partnering and HR Intelligence. This role focuses on enabling business growth by aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives, while using data and insights to drive employee engagement, performance, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to leadership and department heads.
- Provide data-driven insights through HR dashboards, analytics, and reporting.
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Lead performance management cycles and support capability-building programs.
- Ensure HR policies, compliance, and grievance redressal are effectively managed.
- Design and implement employee engagement, culture-building, and retention strategies.
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 8 - 13 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in an HRBP/Strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR analytics, HRIS tools, and business HR practices.
- Proven expertise in employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
