Area Sales Manager – General Trade | TAMR FOODS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned regions
  • Ensure placement and availability of the complete
    TAMR product portfolio
    across distributors and retailers
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities in the General Trade (GT) market
  • Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
  • Track competitor activities on pricing, promotions, and product movement
  • Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery
  • Drive market visibility campaigns and retail-level promotions
  • Guide, train, and supervise field staff for effective sales execution
  • Maintain compliance with company processes and reporting standards

What We're Looking For:

  • 4–5 years of experience with reputed snacking brands (e.g.,
    Gopal, Balaji, Haldiram's, etc.
    )
  • Strong General Trade sales and distribution experience
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and manage distributor networks
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – self-driven, innovative, and accountable
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel or relocate for business needs
