Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Recruitment and Partnerships Associate to support our recruiting efforts and partnership/collaboration initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be proficient in using software tools such as Slack, Calendly, Jira, and LinkedIn.

Salary Range: Rs 20,000 - Rs 30,000

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Manage and maintain the recruitment database and ensure the accuracy of candidate information.
  • Support recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates from various online platforms.
  • Assist in developing relationships with potential partners and collaborators.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and collaborators.
  • Organize and schedule meetings with potential partners and collaborators.
  • Communicate with partners and collaborators via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or partnerships/collaborations or fresh graduate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in using software tools such as Slack, Calendly, Jira, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
