Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Recruitment and Partnerships Associate to support our recruiting efforts and partnership/collaboration initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be proficient in using software tools such as Slack, Calendly, Jira, and LinkedIn.
Salary Range: Rs 20,000 - Rs 30,000
Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Manage and maintain the recruitment database and ensure the accuracy of candidate information.
- Support recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates from various online platforms.
- Assist in developing relationships with potential partners and collaborators.
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and collaborators.
- Organize and schedule meetings with potential partners and collaborators.
- Communicate with partners and collaborators via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or partnerships/collaborations or fresh graduate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using software tools such as Slack, Calendly, Jira, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
