About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled R&D Engineer Embedded Systems to join our dynamic product innovation team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in embedded hardware & firmware development, problem-solving capabilities, and a drive to build world-class products. You will be involved in the complete R&D cycle—from concept development and prototyping to testing and product release.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test embedded systems for next-generation electronic products.
  • Develop firmware in C/C++, optimize performance, and ensure robust system functionality.
  • Work on ARM Cortex / STM32 / PIC / ESP32 or similar microcontroller architectures.
  • Design and debug hardware circuits, including schematic design and PCB bring-up.
  • Integrate sensors, communication modules (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, RS485), and power electronics.
  • Perform system-level testing, debugging, and validation using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (mechanical, QA, manufacturing).
  • Prepare R&D documentation including design requirements, test protocols, and reports.
  • Support continuous improvement, innovation, and new technology exploration.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical, Instrumentation or related fields.
  • 2–6 years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware & hardware development.

  • Strong knowledge in:

  • Embedded C/C++, RTOS fundamentals

  • Microcontrollers (STM32, PIC, NXP, TI, ESP etc.)
  • Sensors, communication protocols, ADC/DAC, power electronics

  • Schematic reading, PCB debugging

  • Experience with tools like Keil, STM32CubeIDE, MPLAB, Altium/Eagle, Git, etc.

  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Good-to-Have

  • Experience with medical devices, IoT products, ventilators, or safety-critical systems.
  • Knowledge of IEC standards, embedded Linux, Python, or machine learning edge computing.
  • Experience with wireless technologies (BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, ZigBee).
