We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic research associate to assist our research efforts.Job Description:We're looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer to lead the redevelopment, stabilization, and optimization of the Counterpoint Research website.The role involves rebuilding and enhancing the current architecture using React, , and , ensuring strong performance, SEO compliance, and scalability across all our regional subdomains.The role will involve:Lead website rebuild and stabilization using React + (frontend) and (backend).Optimize server-side rendering (SSR) and dynamic routing for SEO and performance.Build and maintain APIs, integrations, and reusable components.Improve site performance metrics (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores).Implement and manage staging, deployment, and version control (Git).Develop basic content management/admin modules for internal use.Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designer and QA Engineer to ensure quality and consistency.Work with the marketing and SEO teams to ensure all technical structures are optimized for indexing and discoverability.Key Outcomes ExpectedImproved page load speed and Core Web Vitals (>85 Lighthouse).100% indexing of key pages.Stable staging and production deployment pipeline.Consistent UX/UI and technical performance across subdomains.Required Technical Skills:Frontend: , Remix, , HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Tailwind or similar CSS frameworks, Global State Management (Zustand)Backend: , , RESTful APIsLanguage: TypeScriptDatabase: MySQL (basic familiarity, RDB)DevOps / Tools: Git, Understand of Git Flow, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Nginx or equivalent server configurationPerformance: Core Web Vitals, caching (Redis/Varnish), SSR optimizationSEO Knowledge: Dynamic meta rendering, canonical handling, sitemap and schema integrationHosting / Infra: Familiarity with Vercel, AWS, or similar cloud environments, CloudFlareKey Skills/Experience Required:React + + Experience: 4–6 yearExperience managing multi-domain or subdomain structures.Prior work on WordPress-to- migrations.Debugging and performance profiling for large-scale content websites.Integration with Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and Analytics.Soft SkillsStrong ownership and problem-solving mindset.Excellent collaboration with marketing, design, and analytics teams.Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code.In addition, you can demonstrate the following:Self-motivation and a keen interest in analyzing the technology and telecom sectors.
