Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development Associate based in Mumbai.

The role involves supporting client for availing R&D certification from Govt. of India which is very prestigious with only about 3000 companies across India have the same.

The process is rigourous with 75% rejection rate and requires understanding client business model, structuring R&D operation and documentation to ensure client success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) processes, with the ability to drive innovative and impactful outcomes.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data effectively and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent Communication skills for creating clear, concise reports and effectively collaborating with team members and stakeholders
  • Educational background in a relevant field, such as science or engineering, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with government compliance and regulations is an added advantage.
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to dynamic and technical work environments.
