Job Title: Marketing Manager (ATL / BTL)

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Experience: Minimum 3+ years (Real Estate experience is mandatory)

Schedule: 6 Days Working

Abhee Ventures is looking for an experienced and dynamic
Manager – Marketing
to lead

and execute impactful marketing strategies. This role is best suited for a result-oriented

professional with strong expertise in
offline marketing, branding, and strategic campaign

management.

This is an
individual contributor role at the Manager level, responsible for ATL & BTL

marketing
initiatives that drive brand visibility and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and implement media plans across print, outdoor, and digital platforms.


• Track competitor activities and provide insights to strengthen Abhee Ventures' market

position.


• Plan, execute, and evaluate offline marketing campaigns, ensuring measurable ROI.


• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and partners for branding, media, and

promotional activities.


• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance.


• Conduct regular reviews with agencies to align on marketing strategies and

execution.


• Explore new trends, tools, and technologies to enhance marketing performance.


• Work closely with Marketing, sales, and project teams to identify requirements and

deliver marketing support. brainstorm new and innovative marketing strategies.


• Visiting the Project sales offices periodically to project management and identifying

the marketing requirement, and discussing with the same management to

implement.


• Manage events, contests, giveaways, and other engagement campaigns.


• Oversee vendor management, including work orders, approvals, and payment

processes.

What We're Looking For


• 3+ years of proven marketing experience, preferably with a real estate developer,

strategic partner, or agency background.


• MBA/PG degree in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).


• Strong leadership, networking, and collaboration skills.


• Hands-on experience in analytics, campaign reporting, and program management.


• Ability to design and implement go-to-market strategies for both new launches and

sustenance campaigns.
