We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Care Executives to join our dynamic BPO team in the Collections department.
Work Mode: Work from Office Location: Gurugram Salary: ₹23,000 - ₹27,000 CTC
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Contact: Reach out to customers to remind them of overdue payments.
  • Negotiation: Develop and propose payment plans based on customer financial situations and company policies.
  • System Updates: Accurately record interactions and payment arrangements in the recovery system.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and empathetic support to resolve customer issues and answer inquiries.
Qualifications:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent command of English, with clear pronunciation and grammar, free from major Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI).
  • Education: Open to graduates and undergraduates.
  • Experience: Both experienced professionals and freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Work Schedule: 6 days a week.

Note: Candidates must be comfortable with a walk-in interview.
