About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic fresher to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, confident in communication, and passionate about building connections in the corporate event management industry. The primary focus will be on
client acquisition through cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    cold calls
    to potential clients (corporates, PSUs, IT parks, banks, and other organizations).
  • Present company services professionally and clearly to decision-makers.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Maintain a daily/weekly target of calls, leads, and appointments.
  • Assist the senior team in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up communication.
  • Keep records of client interactions in CRM/Excel sheets and update status regularly.
  • Support the Business Development Manager in client meetings, if required.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates (Any degree, preferably Business/Marketing/Communication).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
  • Strong willingness to learn sales techniques and event industry practices.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Email handling).
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to handle rejection.
