Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager, youll be the face of Mittsure in your region promoting our learning solutions, driving sales growth, and building strong partnerships with schools, bookstores, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Pitch Mittsure products and Olympiad programs to schools and channel partners.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct impactful demos, training sessions, and school visits.
  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term partnerships within your territory.
  • Market Development: Explore new opportunities and share insights to shape market strategy.
  • Brand Promotion: Represent Mittsure at education fairs, events, and expos.
  • Reporting: Collaborate with Area RMs and submit daily activity updates.

What Were Looking For

  • Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and local language.
  • Energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented individuals who enjoy fieldwork.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Must own a two-wheeler for field mobility.
  • Open to travel and relocation (Pan India).
