Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated VIP and event support for end users and devices (Windows, Mac, Tablets).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and software issues (Windows 10/11, Mac OS, MS Office, internet clients, etc.).
  • Handle installation, configuration, patching, antivirus updates, and printer setup.
  • Deliver quick issue resolution for VIP users and ensure high uptime for all event location devices.
  • Coordinate with vendors and IT service providers for hardware replacement, firmware upgrades, and third-party application support.
  • Maintain knowledge base, asset inventory, and documentation for VIP systems.
  • Ensure proactive system health checks and first-time fix for critical incidents.
  • Collaborate closely with event managers and internal IT teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech/BE or equivalent (Degree in IT preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in desktop support or VIP/end-user support (hospitality experience preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-handling skills.
  • Flexible for rotational shifts and weekend support when required.
