We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Solar Projects Sales Manager with 3–5 years of experience in solar project sales, client management, and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing project sales cycles, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
Experience In :
- If You've worked in Bank Loan, Credits, FMCG, Insurance, Eureka Forbes, Building materials sales, Solar product sales, Channel sales or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prompt and sell complete 3 kW Solar project packages.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Build strong customer relationship.
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for solar power projects across targeted segments (Residential/Commercial/Industrial).
- Conduct site assessments, understand client requirements, and propose suitable solar solutions.
- Prepare and deliver project proposals, financial calculations (ROI, payback), and technical presentations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and final project closure.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, EPC partners, and channel partners.
- Track sales performance, meet monthly/quarterly targets, and provide regular sales reports.
- Stay updated with solar industry trends, government policies, subsidies, and market conditions.
- Participate in marketing activities, industry events, and client meetings to enhance brand presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of proven experience in solar project sales or renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, components, policies, and regulatory framework.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, load calculations, and basic solar system design.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and proposal creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
