We're looking for a passionate individual to join Our Team, and lead the sourcing function for both fabrics and garments. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to take ownership of critical sourcing and procurement processes.

Based in Jaipur, you'll work closely with our design and manufacturing teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of high-quality materials, driving efficiency and excellence in operations. Key Responsibilities:Fabric Sourcing:Identify and establish partnerships with fabric suppliers across Jaipur and other regions. Negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality standards with suppliers to meet brand requirements.

Garment Sourcing:Source ready-made garments when required, ensuring alignment with design, quality, and cost parameters. Collaborate with in-house teams to ensure seamless integration of sourced materials into the manufacturing process. Vendor Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent supply and timely delivery.

Evaluate supplier performance regularly to maintain quality and reliability. Quality Assurance:Work with the quality control team to ensure sourced fabrics and garments meet the required standards. Cost Optimization:Identify opportunities to optimize sourcing costs without compromising quality.

Maintain detailed cost sheets and sourcing budgets. Market research:Stay updated on the latest trends in fabrics, garment designs, and supplier innovations. Explore new sourcing opportunities and strategies to support the brand's growth.

Process Improvement:Streamline sourcing processes for improved efficiency and scalability as the brand grows. An ideal candidate would have:3-5 years of experience in fabric and/or garment sourcing, preferably in the fashion industry. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and manufacturing processes. Ability to assess and ensure quality standards. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving results.
