Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Manager role located in Surat. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities include developing and updating job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, planning and organizing recruitment events, and collaborating with department heads to forecast hiring needs. Additionally, the Recruitment Manager will manage job postings, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and candidate sourcing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  • Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in the retail or jewelry industry is a plus
