Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled IT

professionals.

  • Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social

media, networking, and employee referrals.

  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates' technical

competencies and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews in collaboration with hiring managers and

technical teams.

  • Participate in or conduct technical interviews alongside IT team members.

  • Manage and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future IT hiring requirements.

  • Handle offer discussions, negotiations, and support onboarding processes.

  • Stay updated with current market trends, technologies, and best practices in IT

recruitment.

  • Partner closely with HR and departmental heads to understand role requirements and

hiring priorities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer

Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment, either in a corporate setup or recruitment

agency.

  • In-depth understanding of technical roles, sourcing methods, and recruitment

strategies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple hiring assignments efficiently.

  • Familiarity with ATS and other HR management tools.

  • Strong negotiation, decision-making, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
