Desired candidate Profile:

  • 0 -3 years of experience in end to end recruitment/ Talent Acquisition.
  • candidate must have hands on expertise in NON IT hiring (retail/ FMCG/ FMCD/ Pharma / oil & gas/ e-commerce)

Key responsibilities:

  • Take care of the entire recruitment process for the non-IT vertical
  • Source the candidates through job portals, references, LinkedIn, etc. in a stipulated time frame
  • Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements and job specifications.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role and client organization.
  • Arrange interviews and coordinate for Interviews.
  • Work on salary negotiation with the candidates.
  • Follow up till the requirement is fulfilled.
  • Track candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Adhere to internal and client-specified TAT and performance parameters.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports management.

Desired Candidate profile:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
