We are looking for experienced and driven Recruitment Professionals

(Senior Recruiter / Recruiter) With strong expertise in Domestic Non-IT hiring, to joining our recruitment consultancy in Noida, Sector 62. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, and managing hiring deliverables within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic Non-IT roles across various industries.
  • Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist suitable candidates using multiple channels.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and deliver relevant profiles on time.
  • Manage daily targets and ensure quality submissions.
  • Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and reports using Excel and internal systems.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate onboarding.
  • Ensure proper use of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
