Job Title: Associate – Talent Acquisition

Location: Sector 64, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA (based on interview performance)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in International Voice Hiring

Role Summary:

The Associate – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, focusing on hiring for international voice processes. The role includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality talent within set timelines.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for international voice processes.
  • Identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates to meet organizational needs.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, databases, and social media.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a great candidate experience.
  • Take references and maintain long-term candidate relationships.
  • Responsible for frontline hiring in bulk recruitment drives.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international bulk hiring (BPO sector).
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in hiring US Debt Collectors.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
