What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.
1. Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM)
- Develop and execute targeted customer lifecycle campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and other owned channels to improve engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, sales, and support) to craft personalized, segmented communication journeys.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize messaging, frequency, and segmentation to drive higher open and click-through rates.
- Partner with CRM and analytics teams to implement automated workflows, trigger-based communications, and behavioral marketing strategies.
- Support renewal and retention marketing initiatives — leveraging insights to increase renewal rates and reduce churn.
- Identify new channels and technologies to enhance lifecycle communication efficiency and customer satisfaction.
2. Social Media Marketing
- Coordinate the brand's social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.), ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Manage engaging content that drives brand awareness, community engagement, and thought leadership.
- Monitor social performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize content and posting strategies.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure consistent brand tone, look, and feel.
- Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and paid social campaigns as needed to amplify brand reach.
3. Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Develop and execute a proactive reputation management strategy to strengthen brand perception across Google, review sites, and social channels.
- Design and implement review acquisition campaigns to encourage positive feedback from satisfied customers.
- Monitor, track, and respond to online reviews, comments, and feedback in a timely, brand-consistent manner.
- Collaborate with customer support and product teams to resolve issues flagged through online channels.
- Track ORM metrics highlighting trends, sentiment analysis, and actionable insights
Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.
- Graduate in Marketing or related field(mandatory)
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing (Customer Lifecycle Management, Social Media, Online Reputation, Campaign management)
- Highly organized, independent and methodical in executing campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data and improve campaigns to drive better outcomes for the business.
- Familiarity with tools such as , WhatsApp marketing tools, Meta insights, Optinmonster, Google Analytics is a bonus.
- Quick learner with an inquisitive mind & desire to outperform
- Interested and inclined towards technology
- Desire and passion to collaborate, learn and grow
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good Team Player
- Ability to complete large volumes of work.
